New Life Community Outreach, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to impacting the lives of the vulnerable by investing in their lives. WE ARE ADVOCATES FOR CHANGE! We believe our vulnerable people's urgent needs reflect our world's ever-changing nature. Our mission is to teach, train, and empower the vulnerable to live a better quality of life. We strive to help build better communities, relationships, and overall individual well-being. Our services are nonjudgmental and focused on the individual needs and strengths of those we serve.

We understand the profound human condition, both spiritual and physical needs of the marginalized in their daily struggles to survive, which compels us to do all we can to make a difference in their lives. This website is an umbrella dedicated to self-healing, offering various evidence-based services to re-engage with the full vibrancy of life.

Collaboration and support characterize our holistic approach in our communities for social and economic change. We value and honor the accomplishments of past efforts while seeking to be in tune with the challenges of today in an ever-changing culture.

Our mission is to teach, train, and empower the vulnerable to live a better quality of life for the next generation. We are here to pain into purpose by giving the world a place to connect for self-healing through blogs, podcasts, community events, workshops, and training. Everyone craves healing in one area of their lives or another. You are not alone; everybody has voids in their lives to be filled, gaps to be bridged, and wounds that need to be healed.

Our goal is to provide resources, assistance, encouragement, and networking to support each individual in developing their mind, body, and spirit. Mental healing should be accessible to everyone without costing considerable money to feel better again. Our mission connects with our goals to provide a healing place with caring healers.

We envision that our participants will create a new life they will be passionate about living. No matter what you are going through or have been through, you need and deserve a support structure to help you rise from the ashes of trauma and suffering. One of my favorite passages in the Bible comes from Isaiah 61:3 “…to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.”

I was frustrated in 2021 when I became mentally, physically, and spiritually exhausted until I could no longer function. I was an emotional train wreck! I struggled with depression from my teenage years and onward without realizing it. In fact, I was unaware of depression or its effect on a person and went on to believe that “it is what it is.” I channeled my feelings by keeping busy. However, it was in 2021 that took me to a heightened degree of depression; although I understood the disorder better by this time, I could ask for help to control my emotions. The mental health crisis is profound, and I can draw from my own experience and education.

When I started this non-profit, I wanted to help children by helping their mothers live a better quality of life. My convictions increased the desire to help all to heal and rebuild to get back on the road to recovery. I hope New Life Community Outreach can make a difference in your communities. We invite everyone into honest and unfiltered conversations on personal and progressive topics that will lead to your healing process. Please feel free to tell me what topic(s) you are interested in hearing more about or would like to comment on.
