Welcome to the FORGE group for caregivers. This is a supportive space to connect with others, join meaningful conversations, receive updates, share helpful resources, and engage with encouragement centered on caregiver wellness.
FORGE stands for Families Offering Restoration, Guidance & Encouragement. This group is designed for caregivers who need community, practical insight, and a place to be reminded that their well-being matters too.

Support, Not Clinical Counseling
FORGE is a wellness and support initiative designed for encouragement, education, and community connection. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention services.
Allow Space for Everyone
Participants are encouraged to share thoughtfully while allowing others equal opportunity to participate in conversations and discussions.
Encourage Without Condemning
FORGE exists to create supportive conversations that acknowledge real caregiving challenges while encouraging wisdom, wellness, and personal stability.
Respect Emotional Boundaries
Participants may choose how much they wish to share. No one is required to disclose personal experiences beyond their comfort level.
Stay Solution-Aware
Caregiving conversations can involve difficult realities. FORGE encourages conversations that are honest while remaining constructive, supportive, and wellness-centered.
Emergency & Crisis Situations
FORGE is not equipped to provide emergency mental health or crisis response services. Participants experiencing immediate crisis should contact emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.
