Dr. Stephanie Chandler is the CEO and Founding Executive Director of New Life Community Outreach, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals through a holistic approach to social and economic change. The organization focuses on investing in the lives of those it serves, teaching, training, and empowering them to live better. Its mission is to help build stronger communities, foster healthier relationships, and enhance overall individual well-being.

In addition to her role at New Life Community Outreach, Stephanie is a Spiritual Life Coach in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. She is a highly skilled leader, facilitator, and communicator known for her ability to build strong relationships and partnerships within and outside organizations. Stephanie earned her doctoral degree in Chaplaincy from Capital Seminary & Graduate School and is an ordained minister with expertise in Clinical Chaplaincy, Pastoral Care, Hospice Care, and Mentoring.

Stephanie draws strength and faith from Deuteronomy 30:19: “Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.” Her life journey has allowed her to learn from dynamic leaders, and her passion is to help others experience complete restoration. Through healing for the soul, inspiration for the mind, and guidance for life, she lives by her favorite quote: “Choose Life Today!”

Stephanie’s goal is to equip individuals with the knowledge that they were ‘Chosen to Live.’ She is a dedicated advocate for change and transformation.
